On December 7, 2023, our Board of Directors approved amendments to our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which applies to all of our officers (including our principal executive officer, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer or controller, or persons performing similar functions), other employees, and directors. The amendments include: (1) the addition of an “Overview of the Code” section, and rephrasing and combination of the previous sections titled "Purpose and Scope," "Communication Channels," "Anonymity" and "No Retaliation", (2) updates to the "When and How to Speak Up" section to clarify the escalation paths when an action of concern involves an officer or director, (3) summarizing and rephrasing the “Standards of Conduct,” (4) the addition of the “No Corporate Loans or Guarantees” section, and (5) the addition of language related to cooperation with government inquiries with advice from the Company’s legal team.
